Model Minister
Birkin-toting, Jimmy Choo-heeled and Mikimoto-wearing Hina Rabbani Khar (right) is the current Foreign Minister of Pakistan. Appointed in July 2011, she is the first female and the youngest person to ever head Pakistani’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
She is from an influential Punjabi family, her father being the former governor of Punjab. She graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and is married.
She is one of the youngest (and brightest) foreign ministers to date, and judging from her fashion sense, I think we will be seeing more of her in the coming months, not just in the world news headlines but in the fashion glossies as well.
